You can order from Code 3 Fire Trucks with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Paypal or a Money Order (US only). Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily refund your un-used/un-open purchase (minus the shipping amount) within the first 30 days of the date you place your order.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

1. Click the thumbnail of the item you would like to purchase.

2. Choose any option if necessary (ie: size, color, etc). Once complete, there will be an "ADD TO BAG " button. Click it to add your item and go to the cart.

3. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details and so forth.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.

SHIPPING INFO:

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries Internationally. Typically all orders leave within 1 day of when placed.

Please note we ship only on Monday-Friday. If you place your order on Thursday night and request 1-2 business day shipping, it will most likely get delivered on Tuesday of the following week. This is because shipping is considered in BUSINESS DAYS, which means only Monday - Friday will your item be shipped. We do not ship any items after 5 PM Eastern Standard Time or on Saturday and Sunday. We are also not held responsible for any package delays due to misaddressed or mishandled boxes by you or the shipping provider not limited to bad weather or natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornado, volcanic eruptions or terrorist activity in your area whether it be UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. We do however, promise to make shipping your package our top priority and will be sure to get your package out as quickly as humanly possible. Shipping methods such as UPS 1-2 business days or 2-3 business days does not mean your package will arrive within 1-2 or 2-3 days of placing your order. Orders made late in the afternoon or evening are processed the following day and will be delivered within 1-2 or 2-3 business days of that day.

RETURN POLICY:

Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used, un-worn, un-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when we sent it to you. If for some reason you are not pleased with the item once you’ve received it, we will take it back within 15 days of the date you received it and an exchange or a refund will be granted. The item(s) must be SHIPPED within 15 days from the date UPS or USPS claims the package was delivered (remember, we have tracking numbers for every package that leaves our facilities and we can find out when the package was delivered to you). Travel time for the package to make it from you to us is not included in this 15 day count.

Although we may be more lenient with the 15 day time period in regards to exchanges if extenuating circumstances apply, we will not refund your money if the item(s) is not returned to us within the 15 days! We cannot be held responsible if you went on vacation to Europe for 4 months and forgot to send the pants back before you left, your computer had a virus and you couldn’t get online to contact us (there’s always the phone!), or your dog ate your homework, so to speak. Changing your mind about an item or an order you placed after you receive it is your prerogative and we are not responsible for shipping charges if you do so.

Refunds and exchanges given within 15 days after your order arrives. No exchange can be made after 15 days.

This Policy does not apply to international orders
. Any item being exchanged will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 for ground shipping back to you.

All returns for a refund may incur a minimum of a 12% restocking fee. Also if you purchased a free shipping item and returned it, you will be charged our shipping cost that we incurred when we first shipped it to you.

If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

If you return any items, shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.

If item arrives damaged please contact us first and do not send it back. We have insurance to cover breakage and the item need to be picked up from your residence.

Also, please explain what you would like to do (if exchanging, please tell us what size/color/style/shirt you want.) If you are returning multiple items please indicate clearly what you are doing with each item.

If you are exchanging and are out of the U.S., please include the credit card number you used to place your order with on your note and we will charge you the price of shipping based on the weight of the order once we resend your package.

If you are simply returning for a refund, we will credit your card when the items are received and you need not include any check for shipping.

I Never Received My Order

Answer:
If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact Customer Care within 20 days from the ship date. Tracking information is available on most orders going to our Tracking Page and entering your order number.

* If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage, or sometimes behind bushes.

Items shipped to Via USPS (usually APO and FPO addresses) cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to arrive.

If there is no tracking information, or you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 4 business days for the trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is complete, we will send you a notification via email.

SHIPPING PROCEDURE


ALL orders are tested prior to shipping.
• All Packages are inspected by 3 different agents to insure accuracy
• Our goal is to ship according to your designated shipping method the next business day.
• International orders, improper or insufficient addresses will result in additional shipping charges assessed to your account.
• Any attempt at bypassing the standard shipping methods will result in an extended time delay in processing your order and could result in a cancellation of your order.
