Fiber Reactive dye is one of the best dyes, to use for cotton because it is the most permanent. Unlike other dyes, it actually forms a covalent bond with the cotton molecule. Once the bond is formed, what you have is one molecule, as the dye molecule has become an actual part of the cotton fiber molecule. This dye is extremely resistant to fading, washing out, or bleeding into other fabrics, making it extremely durable both in the sun and in the washing machine.
